We want our customers to love our products.
We promise easy exchange or refunds on our products purchased directly from www.bariatricfusion.in.
Due to COVID-19, for the safety of our employees, we can no longer accept any opened products, regardless of purchase date. This is being done with the safety of our employees in mind.
Customers have 60 days from original purchase date to return any unopened products. For the safety of our employees the package will be sterilized and will take an additional 3-5 days to process any returns/refunds.
Please include your order information and indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the product.
Costs associated with shipping products are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Normal Business Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9AM – 5PM IST. All Orders received by NOON(12PM) IST on a business day, will ship same day. Any order that is received after the shipping cutoff time will ship next business day. For example, any order that is received after cutoff on Saturday will ship Monday.
